Gainshare Agreement

Gainshare is for students who are strongly qualified to receive interviews and demonstrate a strong passion for entering a career in strategy consulting.  Under an accepted agreement, a student who does not receive one consulting offer will be refunded 40% of tuition fees.  Not all students who request gainshare are permissible to receive it.  In addition, the following stipulations must be agreed to

Agreement:
1. Student initiates full payment for full case preparation tuition. Not applicable to group session option
2. Student openly shares all application interview information with Case Interview ace including firms the candidate applied to and all first round invites and rejections
3. Student will fill out a case interview template provided by Case Interview Ace after all case interviews the student progresses through.  This will provide Case Interview Ace insight into the types of cases companies are using
4. Student will provide updates to Case Interview Ace in regards to all interviews passed and rejected
5. Student will notify Case Interview Ace of all offers received
6. If student complies with all the steps mentioned in the gainshare agreement and does not receive one full time offer, then Case Interview Ace will refund student 40% of tuition fees.
7. All data and statistics provided by student becomes privileged knowledge to Case Interview Ace
