"So, what would you say you do here"

I can relate to every emotion you feel right now. Balancing job preparation, going to class, and enjoying senior year fall are no easy tasks. Recruiting can become such an immense time burden and drain on your life. I was there. I went through fifteen first round interviews and endured the heartache of countless rejections. That misery is something I’ll never forget and it serves as my inspiration for starting this case prep program.
VALUE PROPOSITION:
My position as a recruiting lead has given me keen insight into the case interview process and the necessary requisites to successfully obtain a full time position. I've been there first hand for the behind-the-scenes conversations where candidates are meticulously evaluated and decisions to hand out offers are made. Through the years I’ve learned what’s tested and what interviewers look for.
Using my experience and inside knowledge, last year I developed a customized case prep course to provide students a structured approach towards learning how to manage the case interview. In my course I will teach you the business concepts you need to know to successfully and consistently navigate through a case. The complications of the case interview may stump you and make you feel at a loss for direction. They’re hard! Looking back on my recruiting experience, I learned that relying on books gave me a false sense of confidence. I could talk the fancy consulting lingo but didn’t really know how to apply it. What I needed more than anything was someone to truly guide me.
My goal is to mentor you, to partner together to get you employed. After taking the lessons learned from my first year, I’ve fine tuned my program to be even more relevant and meaningful. With guidance and practice, you will learn to leverage strategies to control the direction of the case, demonstrate your poise and focus, and impress your interviewer. My commitment to you will be to do anything in my power to get you to this level so that come interview time you can demonstrate what you have already proven during your collegiate years; that you're resourceful, intelligent, and above all else, worth hiring.

“Being a psychology major and having limited business experience, I was extremely nervous about doing cases. When I started reading case books I was frustrated because I felt like I was only learning generic frameworks and mnemonic devices. The Case Ace program goes beyond this and actually teaches you in an easy-to-understand way real business strategy. Using product and company examples like the iPod and Facebook allowed me to relate to case concepts so much quicker and easier. Best investment I ever made!”
